Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx
Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment

Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS
Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on destination. Some remote areas in Asia and other regions may have extended delivery times or additional restrictions.

International Shipping

We ship globally (excluding certain remote areas in Asia). International customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties imposed by their country.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must:

  • Be in its original condition (unused, uninstalled, with all packaging intact)
  • Include all original accessories, manuals, and documentation
  • Have proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following products cannot be returned:

  • Ballasts Bypass Bulbs: Due to specialized installation requirements
  • Opened Batteries: Household and commercial batteries (safety precaution)
  • Custom Commercial Lighting: Specially ordered high bay lights and light bars
  • Used Halogen Bulbs: Due to their sensitive filament structure

Note: Damaged or defective items in these categories will be replaced under warranty.

Step 2: Return Authorization & Shipping

Within 24 business hours, you’ll receive:

  • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  • Prepaid return label (for qualifying orders over $50)
  • Detailed packing instructions

Step 3: Inspection & Resolution

Once received at our facility:

  • We’ll inspect the item within 2 business days

Refund Information

  • Refund Method: Original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.)
  • Deductions:
    • Original shipping costs (unless return is due to our error)
    • Restocking fee of 15% for commercial lighting returns (bulk orders over 20 units)

Exchange Process

For exchanges:

  • Follow the standard return process

  • We’ll ship the new item once the return is received
  • Price differences will be refunded or charged accordingly

Note: For commercial clients with urgent needs, we may ship replacements immediately with prior approval.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your lighting product arrives damaged or doesn’t function:

  • Provide photos of the damage/defect
  • We’ll arrange expedited replacement at no cost

For our business clients purchasing high bay lights, commercial lighting systems, or bulk orders:
