Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must:
- Be in its original condition (unused, uninstalled, with all packaging intact)
- Include all original accessories, manuals, and documentation

Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following products cannot be returned:
- Ballasts Bypass Bulbs: Due to specialized installation requirements
- Opened Batteries: Household and commercial batteries (safety precaution)
- Custom Commercial Lighting: Specially ordered high bay lights and light bars
- Used Halogen Bulbs: Due to their sensitive filament structure
Note: Damaged or defective items in these categories will be replaced under warranty.

Step 2: Return Authorization & Shipping
Within 24 business hours, you’ll receive:
- A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
- Prepaid return label (for qualifying orders over $50)

Step 3: Inspection & Resolution

International Returns
For customers outside the US:
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
